A breakfast experience to savor

Waking up each morning to the heavenly smells of Mrs Francis's omelets and the joyful chatter from the breakfast team was a highlight! Their warmth made it even better.

Unfortunately, the shower in our room was in dire need of an update. It felt worn down, which was a disappointing surprise considering the property's reputation.

The staff provided the best service, always

ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hot water took too long to adjust. That made showering a bit inconvenient.

Private balconies enhance room experience.

The service at the bar was disappointing. We waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, which really dampened our evening. It was frustrating to leave without even getting served after expecting a nice nightcap.

Had a great experience with the spacious Queen room and the wonderful view of the pool. The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing sun terrace were fantastic for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was the slow service at the bar, but it didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment! 😊

Rooms are clean and well-maintained, thanks to diligent housekeeping. Only drawback was the pool being closed for maintenance during my visit.
